Whether you're hunting for something unusual, stocking up your borders, or just coming along for a good wander and a chat, there’ll be something here for you 🌱

With great joy and a touch of regal splendour, Newton Carnival proudly presents its Carnival Queen, King, and Attendants—true ambassadors of community spirit and celebration. Chosen to represent the heart and happiness of our carnival, they will lead the festivities with grace, charm, and radiant enthusiasm. Adorned in their finery, this royal party brings a sense of tradition, pride, and pageantry to the occasion, delighting all who gather to celebrate. Their presence adds a magical flourish to the day, embodying the unity, joy, and vibrant spirit that makes Newton Carnival such a treasured event for all.

As part of this year’s Newton Carnival, we are proud to showcase a Classic and Vintage Car Show, celebrating the beauty and craftsmanship of vehicles from years gone by. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire a stunning collection of well-preserved and lovingly restored cars, each with its own unique history and character. This display offers something for enthusiasts and families alike, adding an extra touch of nostalgia and interest to an already exciting day of festivities.

The Newton Carnival Team is thrilled to invite you to a truly magical Afternoon Tea with Santa at Newton Community Centre on Sunday 20th December. Step into a festive wonderland filled with Christmas cheer, where families can enjoy a delightful traditional afternoon tea brimming with delicious seasonal treats. Little ones will be captivated by a fun and lively children’s entertainer, bringing laughter and sparkle to the afternoon, and each child will receive a special gift to take home. The highlight of the day is, of course, a visit from Santa himself, spreading joy, hearing Christmas wishes, and creating unforgettable memories for all. Bookings for this enchanting event will be released at the beginning of November—be sure to secure your place and join us for an afternoon full of festive magic and Christmas joy.
